As a Principal Contractor for Network Rail and Transport for London, Enable Infrastructure (formerly known as BCM Construction) has more than 30 years’ civils experience in rail infrastructure, often delivering highly complex projects in live safety-critical operational and constrained environments, and working on both heavy and metro rail.
We have worked on prestigious programmes, such as West Coast Route Modernisation, Thameslink Programme, Crossrail, and HS2.
Some typical examples of our work include:
- Delivering a track drainage framework for Network Rail in Kent and Sussex;
- Regularly creating civil engineering assets – such as signal bases & structures and cable routes – and undertaking tasks such as slope stability work for signalling and electrification projects;
- Working in station environments on numerous jobs, such as lengthening platforms, remodelling station approaches, installing passenger access ramps and working on footbridges.
Enable Infrastructure holds numerous accreditations, including ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 and Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) five-star rating.
