PUBLIC SECTOR
In the public sector, Enable Infrastructure’s (formerly known as BCM Construction) client base includes both local councils and national government bodies.
Having been selected as a Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supplier, we are delivering a CCS Civil Engineering Framework in southern England and Wales, which covers projects of up to £3m in value. The CCS framework’s flexible contract structure readily accommodates our clients’ varied requirements.
One example of work completed was The Gatehouse Project at Companies House in Cardiff. The objective was to improve and strengthen the complex’s external security and access, both for visitors and for the 1,000 staff. Our work involved reshaping the car park, installing an automatic barrier system and re-modelling the entrance slip road from the main road. Other typical projects under the framework include work on hospital car parks, whether refurbishing existing facilities, or building new ones.
