We can provide end-to-end services, from conceptual design through to fit-out and provision of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E).

Our Buildings Teams’ current and recent clients include Network Rail, London Underground, MTR Crossrail, train operating companies and various non-rail industry organisations.

For Network Rail, we have delivered Buildings Framework contracts that cover the upgrading of station buildings, operational facilities such as signal boxes, depot buildings, maintenance delivery units, staff accommodation and office facilities. The buildings services we provide to London Underground’s Renewals and Enhancements teams have involved improvements to stations and offices.
