Enable Infrastructure Appoint New Pre-Construction Director.

We are delighted to announce that Dan Wiscombe has been selected as our new Pre-Construction Director. This new board level appointment is essential to lead our pre-contract team to achieve our business growth and strategic plan over the forthcoming years.
Dan has been with us for 4 years as Operations Director, successfully leading the operations team during some challenging times. He has created clear succession routes to allow organisational changes to occur through internal appointments. This in turn has created further opportunities for people to develop within our growing organisation.
With more than 25 years’ overall construction industry experience, Dan has progressed from site-based engineering to leading high-profile design and build highways, rail and energy programmes across the UK. This wide breadth of experience in various sectors aligns with our diversification goals, with a key focus on attaining more projects in Highways, Public Sector and Rail.
Dan has successfully implemented several innovative and industry-leading processes to improve project delivery, creating efficiencies and enhancing safety performance. Furthermore, he was part of the Management Buyout last year, placing a key focus growth and diversification throughout the Enable brand.
Dan is also the Managing Director for our group company; Enable Design (formerly known as EQUATE Design Ltd). Combining design and build experience, Enable Design delivers buildable and compliant designs. As an SME, it is competitive and agile, providing many benefits to the industry. Equate have been key in the development of the Enable Consortium which was built upon the desire to streamline the supply chain, reinforce quality control and deliver projects with trusted partners as throughout the entire project lifecycle. The past couple of years have seen positive growth for us by attaining more work, expanding the workforce and delivering projects in new sectors. We are excited to see the progress of our company and with the vast level of knowledge and years of meaningful relationships formed, Dan’s move to Pre-Construction Director places the company in a stronger position to grow and diversify.
