Finance Manager – Waterloo + flexibility for remote working – Permanent, temporary, or freelance

Our Group is looking to recruit a Finance Manager who is newly qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA with experience working in a big 4 or top 20 finance accountancy company looking for a move into industry ideally, other industry sector experience will be considered. The right person will have the ability to lead a finance team and has good, well-rounded experience in a finance/accountancy function, auditing experience would be considered.

Business Development Manager – Birmingham – PAYE

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our pre-construction team as a Business Development Manager. This role will be based in our newly opened Birmingham office and will have a focus on infrastructure works in the Midlands and the North. We require someone who has great contacts in the world of HS2 (ideally but not essential) plus the region in general to help us exceed on business growth targets set and to build upon our expansion plans.

Site Supervisor – Fibre/Civils – Permanent or freelance – Maidenhead/Reading

We are recruiting for a Fibre/Civils supervisor to work on an ongoing fibre project in the Berkshire region. We require a solid supervisor who can lead the site teams to deliver the project to the clients specifications. Experience of working on CityFibre projects is key for this role, however, other fibre experience may be considered. Must have NRSWA tickets (Supervisor ideally).
This role is available for an immediate start either freelance or permanent.

Construction Manager – Permanent – Site based – Birmingham

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our building project, including meeting with project partners, managing supervisors and teams. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring all objectives and standards are met, and for finding solutions to problems as they arise. You will ensure all equipment and materials are available on site as needed. We are looking for rail depot construction experience for this role, so PTS is required, Other rail civils may be considered.

Human Resources Business Partner – Permanent – Waterloo (flexibility on hybrid working and travel to other UK locations required)

We are seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with as a HRBP with some training experience. The successful person will need to be flexible to travel UK.
You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
Ultimately, you will proactively identify, plan, and meet the human resource needs of the group to improve business performance.

Supply Chain Coordinator – Permanent – Waterloo + remote working options

Due to increase in workload for the business we are looking to add a Supply Chain Coordinator to our procurement team. This can offer flexibility in working location, but accessibility 3 days per week to our Waterloo office is required.

We are looking for a thorough Senior Infrastructure Construction Estimator to calculate possible costs and gains of construction projects. The ideal candidate will come from an Infrastructure construction background and will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and negotiation of tender proposals to enable the securing of potentially profitable work for the business unit by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to our customers. Due to ongoing success in the London and South East regions. We are looking to recruit a Project manager or to join our team and help to deliver London Underground/TFL & rail civils and construction projects throughout the region. We require an experienced LU/TFL Project Manager to lead end-to-end project cycles to ensure safe delivery of the project to time, cost and quality requirements. To be successful in this role you must have rail construction experience as a Project Manager and have a background in civil engineering, LU station upgrades and multi-disciplinary projects.
