Project Manager – Permanent or freelance – Birmingham

A fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in the Midlands working on a large depot construction in the region. We require an experienced Project Manager with in multi-disciplinary projects, specifically civils, rail to lead end-to-end project cycles to ensure safe delivery of the project to time, cost, and quality requirements. To be successful in this role you must have civils construction experience (ideally rail also) as a Project Manager and have a background in multi-disciplinary projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our building project, including meeting with project partners, managing supervisors and teams. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring all objectives and standards are met, and for finding solutions to problems as they arise. You will ensure all equipment and materials are available on site as needed. We are looking for rail depot construction experience for this role, so PTS is required, Other rail civils may be considered.

We are looking to grow our commercial team by recruiting a qualified Regional Commercial Manager/Senior QS to join us in our new Birmingham office. The role will require site work so flexibility to travel around the Midlands will be expected. The post will work closely with the Head of Commercial on large rail and civils projects and is responsible for all commercial matters from tender through to contract completion.
